Is everyone ready? What are your plans?
When my partner & I did not have chilldren, we enjoyed both rituals which incorporated children & adult rituals. Our pagan group have an adult only Beltane this year. I found this very disappointing. I guess we could have had Grandpa babysit Shayna so that we could attend. It probably would have even been good for our relationship, which is struggling currently. But, I don't want to need a babysitter in lieu of exposing Shayna to all of our spirituality. Our Jewish practices never seem to exclude children. So, now I don't want our pagan practice to do so either. I guess I feel ambivilent about this.

Well, many Pagans view Beltain as a adult Sabbat. I could see that a group may want to keep it adults only for that. Though in my coven we believe in the importants of family so we keep our rituals children friendly.
