The last time I got sick I was told bc Im breastfeeding the only thing I can take is plain robitussin. Im not allowed to take robitussin dm or cf bc of Phenylephrine. Today I found adult robitussin lingering cold long acting cough. It doesnt have Phenylephrine but it does have Dextromethorphan. My coughing is to the point where I end up vomiting and I cant get an appt til next week. Can I take this robitussin or is there something else I can take? By the way I am breastfeeding my daughter
