I started on a meal plan with two shakes a day and one meal, plus going to water aerobics five times a week. I have been doing this since around mid December. TODAY I finally got weighed!! Since I can only get weighed at the doctor's office (They are the only ones that have a scale that can weigh me) and not only did I lose weight - I lost 33 POUNDS!!! I have 17 more and then my surgery can get scheduled!!! I am so happy and so excited! Especially because I thought I wasn't losing weight. I didn't feel like I was. Boy am I glad I was WRONG! LOL!
So 33 pound in six weeks! Not bad! I don't think I've ever lost so much so fast! I just can't believe that I only have 17 more to go!! I hope the surgery gets scheduled short thereafter because I want to get it done and over with so I can start adjusting to the real lifestyle change I'm going to have. But I can't believe it!! 33 Pounds!! YAY!!!
