High Anxiety

My surgery is in 16 days and I keep going on this emotional roller coaster...I get nervous and then the next minute I am excited. Everyone says this is normal but I feel so bipolar! Please tell me I am not going insane? the anesthsiologist looked at me and said you will be ok we'll give you good drugs for that...lol. I am like thank God for that or I might cling to the walls all the way back to the operating room. I have been doing this process for almost a year and now surgery is here and I am a wreck!

You're not going insane, lol.  It is normal.  It's scary to think that you are having major surgery and your life is going to totally change afterwards.  But it's really exciting to see the results!  Good luck and you will be fine :)

im feeling the exact same way my pre op is tomorrow and im worried something will go wrong

Good luck hon,,not matter what, you will be anxious, nervous,,and stressed. As soon as you are home and in your own bed, its over, and you can finally start putting something in your new stomache,,things will feel better..
