Surgery in the Morning

I'm really nervous and part of me can't believe it's here. I have to be up around 3:45am to take my shower with this special scrub. Then I need to be at the hospital by 5:15am. My surgery is set for 7:15am. I am very, very nervous. I mean, I just want to get it done and over with. But I am really on edge.. So far today I have had liquids. I have to stop drinking at like 11:00pm tonight. I might try to sleep a little, but I doubt I will. I did get a little nap in earlier though.

Anyway, I just wanted to share and try to release some of my anxiety here. I don't know if I'll get online at all while I'm in the hospital, but if I do, I'll let everyone know how I'm doing.

Wish I could just calm down. LOL! Ah well . . . Looking toward the future . . .

Best Wishes for you!  Just take things as the come.  Don't worry about what might happen later.  You know the benefits vs the risks.  You've thought this out.  You can do this!  You're doing the right thing for you!
