Ok, so i figured out, that i was getting nauseous and then sick from my mulit vitamin, i deduced that it was from switching to pill instead of liquid, once pay day hits, i am grabbing a new bottle of liquid multi - any suggestions on brands? The only one i know of is centrum at walmart.
now the question is B12, sooo very nauseous as we speak. Is this the same issue as multi vitamin? Anyone else experienced this? I havent seen any liquid B12 out there, does it exist? Or so i need to go to a suppliment store and pay out the wazoo for it?

I got liquid b12 at vitamin cottage and it was $6 and it lasted 4 months. I switched from a supplement b12 to the once a month shot.
