Where do I even start to see if I qualify and if my insurance will pay for it? My regular doctor? I weigh 230 and am 5'6" I am prediabetic and have high blood pressure. I have checked with 1 place around where I live but they won't see you until insurance sends them a letter saying they will pay for it. Well how do I do that? Plus the hospital they use wants $4000 up front b/4 they will schedule it! Where do I start? I'm so lost!

Thank you but it all keeps taking me back to the same page that shows me nothing but support groups. Nothing about my insurance/co pay or anything, Just support groups. Thank you for the link though I'm sure it will help someone in this group :)

I will try again tomorrow. I am currently covered in hives because I am having an allergic reaction to my pain meds from my surgery Friday (kidney stones)
