To approve me they need~

18-24 months of medical history

6 months doctor supervised diet and the doc must be certified detician

Current height/weight

Medical conditions that pose immediate threat to health

Is all that normal? I was on a supervised diet when i was pregnant (gestational diab.) that was a year ago. Do you think that will count or will i have to do it again?

My insurance is the same way. I already say a shrink (which is required), and will be needed to see a dietician (for the diet), plus many, many pages of my history. It's all normal!

Ask your insurance. I had Aetna and the diet had to be within the last 18 months. All plans are different though. I had to go through more hoops than what you posted
