My Johnny Seeds Catalog arrived yesterday!!!
So many seeds to choose from, I really don't no where to begin. Green Beans, Beets, Carrots and then there are so many types of each. I want to keep it simple and fun, I know it will be hard work. Are the organic seeds really better than the others? Has anyone here grown with them?

I have gardened for years and I have used both and I don't see a differnece in growth or production, but I have found that heirloom varieties taste better. I just feel better using organic seed because I know they are not treated with anythig funky.

I agree.  I don't think there is a difference in growth or performance, just the fact that they are natural to begin with is why I go with the organic.  Just a thought..after this yrs crop...save enough seeds to start next yrs.  This way you save on seeds next yr as well!!
