These days most mornings I eat peanut butter on toast.

What I usually make the kids doesn't always sound good to me. So once I make the kids breakfast I will make myself an egg or peanut butter on apples.. something easy like that. : )

I love breakfast and I eat a lot..huge appetite, so I have to make it really healthy.Practically every day I scramble egg whites with  lots of veggies, spinach, broccoli, onions, peppers, carrots, tomatoes..-any combo of all that ..and I crumble turkey bacon in that and eat it with wheat toast and coffee..I just can't do toast and cereal..not enough :)

Either hot or cold cereal.. I really love fruit for breakfast but hate taking the time to cut it up first thing in the morning.

My oldest son usually eats breakfast at school during the week because my mom works in the lunchroom at his school. My 4yr old usually dosen't want anything until about 9:00 so I fix me toast with strawberry brumble and brown yogurt spread ,yum ! sometimes oatmeal or  a scrambled egg sandwich.

If I have left over pasta from the night before I will make an omelet using my hot plate and place the pasta that already has garlic and butter on them in the middle of my omelet and add some parmesan cheese, double yum!

I start my day off with a banana! It gives me energy and is easy to eat while taking care of my 8 month old son!
