Cool Veggie Pizza
1 package of Crescent Rolls
1 package Cream Cheese
1 Clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 cups assorted fresh Veggies
1. Preheat oven to 350. Unroll crescent dough, separate into eight triangles. On Large Round Stone, arrange triangles in a circle with points in the center and wide ends toward the outside. Using a lightly floured Bakers Roller, roll dough to a 12 inch circle, pressing seams together to seal. Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven: cool completely.
2. In Classic Batter Bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic pressed with Garlic Press and dill weed. Season with salt and pepper, mix well with Small Mix 'N Scraper. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
3. To prepare veggies, coarsely chop broccoli or cauliflower with Food Chopper. Dice or slice cucumber, bell pepper, green onions or tomato using Utility Knife.
4. Sprinkle veggies over pizza. Cut into squares with Pizza Cutter; serve using Mini-Serving Spatula.

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix mayo and lemon juice in medium bowl; set aside. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese in separate medium bowl.
DIP chicken in mayo mixture, then roll in cracker crumb mixture until evenly coated on all sides. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
BAKE 20 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F).
My family loves this recipe. I highly recommend it.

Throw a frozen pork roast in early in the day with a bunch of onion powder or diced onions. Several hours later, when it's cooking good, I add some paprika, sage, thyme, salt, pepper. When it's good and done, I remove all the chunks of fat or bone, add about a half cup of ketchup, a few dribbles each of liquid smoke and worcestire sauce, about a quarter cup of brown sugar and a tiny squirt of mustard, stir it as best as I can and let it cook about an hour or so more to soak up all the flavors. When it's ready to serve, I stir it up/pull it apart with a fork and it's the perfect BBQ pork sandwich meat served on buns. Family loves it, and it doesn't take much time at all.
Any new ideas for cooking fish? I'm stuck on about 3 recipies, and would like to have some new ideas.
Easy Parmesan Crusted Fish Dinner
PREHEAT broiler. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Spread fish evenly with mayo; top with Parmesan cheese.
BROIL 5 to 6 inches from heat source, 6 to 8 min. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork, depending on thickness of fish. (If your broiler does not allow you to position fish 5 to 6 inches from heat source, follow Baking Directions below.)
MEANWHILE, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Cook green beans. Serve fish with stuffing, green beans, lemon wedges and whole grain roll.

2 Egg whites
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
Pre-heat oven to 350. In a 9″ (23cm) round cake pan or springform pan,
melt the 2 oz. of butter with the brown sugar over low heat, stirring
constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the cranberries
onto the brown sugar and butter mixture. Set aside. In a bowl or mixer,
cream the 4 oz. of butter with the granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in
the yolks and vanilla. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder
and salt. Alternately mix the milk and the dry ingredients. Stir only until
mixed. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, then fold into the cake mixture.
Pour cake mixture over cranberries. Bake at 350 for 50 or 60 minutes or
until the cake is done.

30 minute Italian Pork chop dinner
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
COOK rice as directed on package.

Sprinkle with oregano; top with peppers, dressing and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 12 min. or until chops are cooked through (160ºF).

Tower of Babel Strawberry Dessert
* 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
* 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
* 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE or COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
* 1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake
* 10 fresh strawberries
1. MIX pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2. CUT cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut-side up, on serving plate; top with one-third of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers two times.
3. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Top with berries just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Bare Good Fruit Pizza
1 package fudge brownie mix (13 in.x 9 in. pan size)
1/3 cup chopped unblanched almonds
1 tsp. almond extract
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 cups whipped topping
mixed fresh berries
Directions for having fudge like brownies, adding almonds and extract. Spread into a greased 14 in. pizza pan, Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust to within 1/2 in. of edges. top with berries. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Yield: 12-14 servings

Garlic Monkey Bread
Ingredients Needed:- 3/4 stick butter
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 pkg. of 8 GRANDS biscuits, Not flaky, Buttermilk, or Southern Style
Cooking Tools:
- Saute Pan
- forged knife
- garlic press
- scraper
Cooking Instructions:
Melt butter on stovetop in small saute pan, add garlic and seasoning. Cut biscuits in 1/4's and roll around in mixture, covering every speck. Place in oven in Saute Pan on 350 degrees for 20 -25 minutes. Take out and place on simple additions plate.
This is a great way to sell the try me saute pan. Pop into the oven at your show right before guests come. They will smell the wonderful aroma and you can show them how they slip right out of the pan.
I would like a good marinade for stakes to be grilled on the outdoor grill.
