I never thought that I could actually get my husband to sit down and take this quiz but he suprised me the other day. While reading the book I kept trying to figure out was his language was and I eventually came to the conclusion that his was Acts of Service. And as it turns out I had been right. My husband can be very hard to read sometimes so I was so thrilled to find out that I had it right.

I did not think that Josh would ever take this test, but he and I were talking one night and I just came out and asked if he would take it. He was not very excited about it, but he did it. I thought his love language was Physical Touch, and as I was reading most of the questions he just laughed and told me that I know the answer to that. I was right. His is Physical Touch.

I feel your pain, I really do. My husband doesn't like things like this either. I prayed for a very long time before asking him about it. And even then I prayed for a few more weeks about it before I actually gave him the quiz.  I can't remember what you had said before, Are you reading the book with us? I think I remember you saying that you had read it in the past.  If you have read it, then you'd remember that the quiz is very helpful but not necessary. Were you ever able to figure out his love language? Some men are easy but some are very difficult to read. I know mine was very hard. And in the  beginning I never thought I could ever get him to take the quiz so I had to figure it out the hard way (but that was fun too  :)   I like a good puzzle ).  Anyways it took a lot of prayer and some deep digging for me to finally realize what his language was.  If you never found out what his love language is, try rereading the book. Even if he never gives the book the time if the day it could still make a great impact on your marriage when you apply it.

I think his are acts of service..He is very good at doing those things.He naturally "speaks" that very well and I think he would like it if I spoke that language more..mainly that means I need to stop being messy and disorganized..But you're right..I need to read and pray and learn how to be a better wife even if he doesn't feel the need to do the same.I know that God will still use my obediance and bless our marriage
