Bi-Polar/Depression Support Group: Even if you were never diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder, sometimes in our life we are afflicted by some form of depression, the "Blues", or just in a "Rut" and cannot seem to get out of it.

The reason why I called it Yo-Yo Mama's, because that's how I felt everyday or every other day depending on my manic stages...like a Yo-Yo Up and Down.

You will read explicit details on my recovery of living life with Bi-Polar, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, worry, worry, worry, (excessive worry), phobias (not able to leave the house), obsessive compulsive behavior (Gambling, Eating Disorders, Excessive Spending) and also being healed from physical, verbal, mental, emotional and sexual abuse. And to top this off...Being married and raising 5 children....

Just to lay it out there once and for all...The MAJORITY of my healing is based on my Faith and Trusting in God. Wait...Wait...Wait...For those of you that are non-believers... THAT'S O.K.... Please don't stop reading...Bipolar/Depression has no religion. This is not a hobby for me...This is a Life Mission...To help others that are stuck in the wilderness of a bi-polar/
depression mind.
