Is this true, Stargate Atlantis is cancelled??

Oh my gosh!  NOOOOOO!!  Where will I get my weekly Jason Momoa fix? 

i read the link, and it sounds like its true they are gong to cancel it. I don't want a movie every year or two a year, i want atlantis every week darn it. I am so mad and sad about this. I hope they rethink this and dont' do it. ALso who knows if the entire cast will stick around year after year to make a direct to dvd movie. They would want more steady work right?, so i would think they wouldn't want to make alot and go on to other projects. Man i hope this move doesn't come to light!!!

I completely agree.  It's a fantastic show and the cast seems to really mesh well.  It would be a shame to break them up.  What am I going to do with my Friday nights now?  Wow...that's pretty sad isn't it?!  Haha!  I used to have a life, now I have a family :)~ 

My DD is also a huge fan. I don't have the heart to tell her yet.

I follow David Hewlett on Twitter, and he was commenting the other day about how he was going to miss playing McKay every week.  Apparently they're wrapping up shooting the season.

Yes, it is. Me & my hubby love that show. The only good sci-fi show on and they take it off the air.

I'm going to miss it.  I look forward to seeing the movies, plan on buying every movie they release.  I hope they are able to keep the same cast or as many as they can.  It would stink if they were unable to bring back any of the actors/actresses.  They are like family to each other and the fans love them.

I can't believe this!  It makes me want to cry!  Atlantis is my favorite show ever!!!  =(
