bored...new here

I'm bored so I thought I would introduce myself.

I'm Jen.  I'm 32 (soon to be 33) and I'm a SAHM to 4.  Meagan is 9, Owen is 8, Brenna will be 7 in a few weeks and Nora is 3 1/2.  I live in Chicago (where I was born and raised) for now until we find a place in Milwaukee.  My husband got transferred there but we can't find a place to rent because of our bankruptcy (he's going to have to commute and it's a 2 1/2 hour drive...ONE WAY).

Anyway.  I've totally got hooked on scifi lately.  I think it started over the summer when I started watching Warehouse 13 along with Eureka and had already gotten my son stuck on Enterprise.  So I was watching a lot of the syfy channel.  Since SGA and SG-1 come on right after Enterprise (during their normal schedule) I finally gave in and watched a couple episodes and was instantly hooked.

My son likes them, too (the few episodes he's seen).  I guess he's going to be a nerd like me, lol.

So, yeah, that's me.  I've seen all of season 1 of SG-1.  I'm a few episodes into the 2nd season (thank Bob for Hulu) and have seen various, random episodes of all the other seasons of both shows and have read the synopses of many others so I kind of know what is going on.  Wish I would have watched them when they were still in production.  Oh well.
