About 2 months back i found out my TSH levels were real high and i felt like crap... i went to the dr and she put me on thyroid meds, i feel a little better and i got labs done the other day, my TSH levels are back to normal, BUT now she tested my TPO levels and they came out at 380! Normal range is 9.0 and below... What does this mean??? ugh so confused....

From what my endo has told me, the presence of TPO signifies an auto-immune reaction.  So that probably means you have Hashimoto's.  My Dr told me that the # itself doesn't really signify much.... as in the higher number does not necessarily mean you are having a flare right now, it just means you have those antibodies present, indicating it's autoimmune.
