Hi Carolyn -
Thanks for the feedback!
We look forward to hearing how it works for you (generally speaking, of course ;-). I feel pretty confident that you will not have the challenges you have had -- that's for sure!
I highly recommend you start at 1/2 of suggested use (or even less) and listen to how your body responds. Increase as feels good -- don't be a piggy like me ('cause I like it so well) and gulp down a glassful all at once till you let your body adjust ... it's not pleasant.
We're each carrying around years worth of junk in our lower digestive tracts -- which is very good to get rid of -- just not ALL at once ;-)
Know what I mean??
hth,
Andrea

Yes! Let us know when it gets there and if you have any questions about how we prepare it or anything.
We each have our own *way* <grin>.
Make it a great day,
Andrea

I brewed up the sample you sent and it's about half gone. I did get my month's supply today too in the mail.
I started out kind of slow with it since I didn't know how it would affect me. My husband has a kind of "delicate" constitution, in that many things give him indigestion so I started him out VERY slowly.
Does it get to the point where you get kind of used to it so you don't have the tummy rumbles?
Joan

Hi Joan -
I'm sure we'll have some other .02 besides mine peep in here ...
"Tummy Rumbles" -- great description! And so glad you're starting slowly.
Yeah, for me each time I take a break (aka. get lazy and don't brew my tea :-p), it generally takes a couple of days to settle back in. Rumbles and all.
I remember the rumbling being more intense when I started though and I guess that makes sense since it's years of stuff that we're shaking loose. It's understandably gonna take time to reverse...
And without getting to the TMI point (too much information) -- I've also been quite surprised by how umm - *stinky* - some of the early cleansing can be. Happens to a lesser degree when I go back to it after a downtime.
Which only makes me more glad to be getting all that stuff out -- imagine all the toxins that are otherwise being harbored and reabsorbed into my system -- bleh.
This is all very *my experience* and non-scientific mind you ...
I can tell though that it's not a reation to the tea itself -- after a time, my system settles back in and when the uglies are substantially cleared out, I don't have this rumbling and strange smell thang.
Okay, that's quite enough of that topic from me - :-p
Maybe we'll do a Seinfeld thing and come up with metaphors -- roflol!
Great to have questions though!
Appreciate you,
Andrea
