Well actually I was in the middle of a stomach virus when I began the tea. I eased into it but I find that it was a little strong for my body. I did like the regular poo but I really liked the increase in my energy level.
I ordered my month supply today. I will try using one tea bag for steeping per Andrea's suggestion, instead of two. Other than that I will continue to use it and reap the benefits.
I'll keep you posted.

Very cool Carolyn and thanks for the update!
Yes it's SO important that we listen to our bodies and dilute or use more/less through out the day according to what feels good.
You may find that your body adjusts and wants something different later on -- and you'll change what you're doing accordingly. You may find that you reach a plateau of sorts and want to give it a break for a week or two -- and that's okay too :)
This is true with any holistic protocol, imho.
When we take responsibility for our own wellness we get to actually do what feels right for US -- we are the best experts of our own bodies, don't you think?
How cool is that??
Do keep us posted :)
I appreciate you!
