Will anyone take the food diary challenge with me?

I have been keeping a food diary for a month now in my journal posts here at CafeMom, and it has made all the difference.  I have been trying to improve my health for years, and now I am actually doing it!

Keeping a food diary online has been better than doing it just for myself, because of all the feedback I receive.  People comment, ask questions, make suggestions, and it really makes me think.  It also keeps me accountable, knowing that if I eat three chocolate chip muffins at once, I'm going to have to write it down!  I have also been introduced to new recipes and food ideas by reading my friend Lynn's food diary.

Posting what I ate on CafeMom was what started a dialogue between Annie and me about health and food.  I then asked her for a reading, and what she told me has been life-changing! I highly recommend getting a reading from Annie!

I would love it if other people would take the food diary challenge with me.  Just for one week, starting on say.... Monday April 28th going until Sunday May 4th.  Write down everything you eat everyday.  I also write down what I did for exercise.  And then post it in your CafeMom journals.  You can be sure that I'll read and comment!

I don't know how I missed this -- sorry!

I'll have to think about this -- I think I'd be embarassed to write down what I eat on a daily basis :-p

Does that mean I can't walk the walk :-/

Might make me get out and do some exercise though ...

Hmmm ....

Does it have to be food focused??
