Hi, I'm Jenn from NJ and I'm relatively new with Athome America.

I love their homewares and can't wait for my buisness to take off..

I currently work full time outside of my home and would love to change that with AHA. I have a beautiful daughter who is 2 1/2 and she also keeps me on my toes!!!

I can't wait to learn different ideas, party games, booking ideas etc.

hello i am starting in may my party is may 31st.... then i hope to just take off from there... i could use help with ideas or if you have ran into any issues that i shold look for that would be great to know a head of time....

That's exciting... what team did you sign up with.. or better yet who's your mentor.

I'd love to share ideas with you.. I've done a few vendor shows and have a few games I've set up that people can do on their own to be entered to win prizes at the shows.

And as for homeshows, I've done bingo which was fun and an easy way to get through the demo!

I am not singed up yet i am buying my kit on the 16th... and heather is my mentor... her number is 32148. I would love to have ideas i have not a clue on what i am doing. what is the bingo like?  

I have hurd of the 123 ...  its were you have a gift that is wraped and at the begining of the party you let the party know that is it a gift for the host and have three people to book to get it... were say the first person that books, you will bring out the gift so they see the size and then the second one, you will unrap the gift, and the 3rd one to book, means you give the gift to the host... so you get at least three bookings off one party...

That's a great booking game. I'll have to try it!

The bingo cards are pictures of homewares and the call sheets have the name, page number. when you pull one out they have to go to the catalog and look it up to see the picture then mark it off their card. A bingo gets them a ticket to be entered to win prizes (you can give out as many as you want) I incorporated the Hope4mike and helpamerica into the free space, etc. and I make sure the specials are in my bingo so I update it monthly.

that sounds like a really good game... so when you started did you have to have five bookings plus the one that is at your house at first? i am having a hell of a time finding my 5th party with in my first 30 days.. if you have any ideas for me that would be great thanks

I had to list 3 bookings. But only had 2 bigger ones that helped me reach my $1000. One of those was my Grand Opening show at my house.

My mentor told me it wasn't really the shows as much as making the personal sales to qualify.

May 17th and I have four booking already plus mine that is at my house.  But i have a friend that works with brides so she is going to help me to bridal party stuff... so i hope it works
