I'm new in town

Hi. My name is Marsha. I am a retired Edicational Specialist of 7 years. I have been checking off my "bucket list" for the last 7 years. I went back to school to become a Clinical Nutritional Consultant and worked as the office manager in a chiropractor's office. I was a Patient Rep in local multi doctor's office. I worked for the IRS and was a Tax Examiner. I have been traveling some to Texas, Cancun, Virgin Islands. My big hoorah was my trip to Paris a year ago. A dream come true. Now as time continues to march along in my life, I am looking for  connections with professional and  independent women like I used to have while I was teaching.

I have recently decided to work for myself. I have been in the work force a long time as someone's worker. I am looking forward to being my own everything. I lost contact with professional women and I have missed that terribly. Retirement is a blessing and a curse. It can be very isolating. So, I am looking forward to meeting a whole new fresh group of women with new and fresh ideas,

I enjoy Hatha Yoga. For a while I lived in Austin Tx...the mecca of Yoga and alternative care. I loved it there. But I recently had to return to take care of my Mother. So, life has a way of leading us whether we want to be led or not. I am a Master Gardener. I enjoy being out doors and "playing in the dirt." I love to walk as my form of exercise.
