I usually get solar nails done because I have a hard time growing my real ones. They will grow only if I have something like acrylic on them. I just took off my solar nails and have a good amount of length but they are still a little thin. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or tips to getting and keeping them healthy so they will grow. Any products or anything?

	by platinumdesigns on Dec. 22, 2008 at 12:11 AM I use hard as nails. you can find those in the nail section. you may not be getting enough protein to keep them thick and healthy. take hair skin and nails vitamins or biotin they work well!
