by Arbonne-me on Jul. 25, 2008 at 7:24 PMUse a liner brush after you put on your eyeliner and then smudge it and blend to get the look you want. it takes a little playing around to see which look you want and what looks best on you. i find using black powder liner works best for me and easiest to smudge.
