Once accepted the first thing you will need to do is read ALL of the rules page. It is located at the top of the message board. You will need to sign that you have read them but even if you don't sign, you are still treated as you have read them and agree to follow them. You are responsible to know them and stay within the guidelines I have created for this group. Everything is easy to understand about what my expectations are for my members and the group. However, I am always open and available to my members for any questions or concerns you have. I am an active owner and I care about my members. This is not the rules page, the rules are listed at the top of the board in a post in the group. This is just a basic guideline so you get an idea what my group is about.

This is not a debate group, political group, or a religious group.  There are plenty of other groups on CafeMom that are created for those purposes, but this is not one of them.  
This is a support group.  This group is intended to be a safe place where people can come and feel comfortable expressing themselves without judgment or abuse. You can give and receive advice, vent, offer love and support to one another, laugh and cry with empathy for one another.  You don't have to agree with each other, but it is possible to give advice without being offensive and without attacking the person's character, directly or indirectly. NO generalizations about “people who do or say_____ are all_____!” (Unless it is positive). ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL ATTACKS!!!
