What are your favorite meals?
I cook a lot of authentic mexican food..Don't need much and usually have it all in stock!

Everyday is a meal out of odds and ends. I have had to make chicken and noodles out of ramen noodles or make spaghetti out of 2-3 different kinds of pasta! lol! My husband's favorite is chicken pot pie. If I have left over chicken or just need to do something with a pack of thighs......I had the cream of chicken, vegetables.....sometimes with even a bowl of leftover corn or green beans in it and top it with a pie crust!

If I have hamburg I can do alot. Meat loaf any kind of tomatoe sauce and spices. Hamburger gavey over mashed potatoes. Once I put mashed potatoes and left over cheese and what ever left over meat I had already cooked baked it in the oven and my kids loved it. I have put corn in it too.
Hamburg soup chicken soup ham soup actually any kind of meat can be made into a soup. bullion cubes help alot for flavor. usually the only spices that I add is salt onion powder and garlic powder. I also use instant potatoe flakes so it has a thicker broth. Not much though.
meat fried and cut up then add what every type of cream of soup and noodles that you have.
I have mixed all kinds of noodles for mac and cheese. expecially when all 6 of us lived here. Now we are down to 4.

Yep, there's six of us too! I take hamburger and make like a sloppy joe, add cheese and the baking mix to make like a sloppy joe bake. It's really good. I serve it with corn or green beans. I try to keep tomato juice, diced and stewed tomatoes because you can do anything with them!

I have like a million ideas! You know how people buy that expensive dried beef in the jar? I always get the packs of Carl Buddig beef and make dried beef gravy out of it. I make toast and fix some instant mashed potatoes if I don't have any real potatoes in the house.
