Hi! My name's Kathy, and my husband is also disabled and gets a check once a month. It's a real challenge to make that money stretch, especially with 2 teenagers in the house, one of them a growing boy, who eats a lot! Everyone in my house likes different things, so when it comes to feeding everyone, I could just scream! I just don't know what to make anymore! Any simple and cheap recipes will be greatly appreciated!

I am glad to know that I am not the only one who has trouble keeping food in the house! I have four kids at home....well, three right now. My husband is also disabled and I work as a substitute teacher. It is hard! People don't understand!
