Yeah.....did I tell you guys that my check was short last Friday. They fixed it but it won't reflect until next Friday on my next check! I couldn't pay all of my bills much less put gas in my truck, get some food, anything!!!! My good friend gave me $40 today. Not a lot but I was able to put enough gas in my truck that I could move it today! Sorry, I know you guys don't want to hear my sad story! Tell me yours! I fixed fried rice for dinner tonight. I had a friend in college who was from Viet Nam. She taught me how. I took some chicken I had cooked, rice, soy sauce, two scrambled eggs and 1 can of mixed vegetables also some olive oil. It was yummy!
