So I have started to potty train Michelle. She is ready even though she is younger than most. I however was wondering what is the easiest way to potty train and how do I get her to  quit being afraid of the big potty cause she uses her little one that sits on the floor but won't sit on the big one and she needs to cause that is all the have and use at daycare. She has already started to use the little potty but not the big one.

My little girl didn't like the big potty until we bought her the Dora Seat. I took her shopping let her pick it out and made a big deal about it. Then all she wanted to do was go potty on Dora. Also we did stuff like if you go potty on the big potty we can play bubbles or would give her colors and a coloring book. Sometimes I would give her 2 gummie bears and she was happy. We had to make out little one want to do it and think it was her idea.
