This is a site I go to often. This link will take you straight to their recipe gallery, complete with pictures. I love it. You actually get to see what you're making.

Here is the URL to the first page of the forums. It's free to sign up and use.

Atkins Low Carb Diet Forum- There are some good people here. They even have a Boot Camp that's held ever so often to help those going through induction. It's really great. I've been through their Boot Camp and I highly recommend it for the great support. I had my first cheat free induction ever.

I know this post hasn't been too current.  I'm new to the CafeMom's site, but I'm an active low-carber and my all time favorite site is  George Stella and his family run the site and they've all lost a huge amount of weight.  He had a show on the Food Network (Low Carb and Lovin' It) and right now I guess he's out touring doing stuff to help with childhood obesity.

The people on the forums are incredible.  They're even planning a get together in TN in the spring.

These are my all time favorite Low carb websites. I've been following this way of life since Sept. of 2000 when I first found the TLC websites during a search for infoormation on PCOS and Weight Loss. Needless to say this way of life has worked out well with me. I was previously diagnosed with PCOS and Secondary Infertility. I now have 5 kids and none of the symptoms of PCOS. Hope this helps. (The is a forum with thousands of low carb recipes and tons of advice)
