In the past year, I have come to the conclusion that if you have a crazymaker in your life, they probably are abusers and use the craziness to control you. How do you take back your control?

Yes, my spouse is the one who is making me crazy, he is very abusive to me in front of my kids almost every day, and what's scary is I found out from talking to his older son, that he made HIS mother go mentally insane. I don't say anything to him because it will only get worse.

I'm not taking back control yet, trying to figure out how I can leave bc I feel trapped with this man.
Sometimes i feel like giving up bc I don't know what else to do, I have been putting up with his verbal abuse for 11 years.
