Are we all still hanging in there? I went through a rough patch for a while and had a civil war with my pain-body and ego. Then forced myself to watch some of the online classes I missed and I started re-reading the book...I definitely feel better...anyone else?

I recently had quite a melt down about finding child care for my newborn. I watched the ch. 6 class and the part about accepting situations that we don't want much like Christ accepting his fate on the cross sets our pain body free and it was like a light went off. I so badly want to stay home but have to go to work and my pain body was feeding on my anxiety. I am so grateful that I can to to the online classes that makes such a difference.

I must tell the truth and say that I completely fell off. I got into life and now that I am overwhelmed, I am starting to back up and get back into the swing of things. Thanks for saying this because I too neeed to hear tht it is not just me.
