2009 Ponseti Calendar

Hello,

The 2nd annual Ponseti Method Clubfoot Calendars are ready.

We received permission from the Blanton family to dedicate this
year's calendar in memory of Sydney.

The price per calendar is $15 (shipping not included). From the date
ordered, the calendars take 4 business days to process/manufacture
and 1 business day-3 weeks for delivery, depending on the shipping
method you choose.

If you're interested in seeing a preview of the calendar, there is
one loaded on the nosurgery4clubfoot server in the files section in a
folder called Ponseti Calendar, the file is "Calendar_Preview_2009".
There is also a preview on the website you order the calendars from.

All profits from the calendar will go to the Ponseti International
Association.

We will be using this as an annual fundraiser, and produce a new
calendar every year with different photos. With that in mind, please
start taking pictures (one stipulation is that the feet need to be
included in the photo; pre-treatment, during casting phase, brace
wearing, or bare foot) for submission to the 2010 calendar. We will
be asking for contributions for the 2010 calendar during the summer
of 2009.
