Hi Everyone
I just heard about CafeMom and am glad to see there is a group for Moms with Clubfoot babies. My daughter, Riley, was born Jan 2009 with bilateral clubfeet. We knew about it ahead of time so we were lucky enought to be able to spend the second half of my pregnancy researching clubfeet and finding a great doctor. Clubfeet was new to our family so we were quite scared at first. The first few months were rough, Riley is our first so not only were we first time parents but we had a whole other level to go along with it. Riley is doing great though, she's now in her brace at night (treated Ponseti method) and is crawling and starting to stand. I don't think a lot of our friends get what we've been through so it's always nice to connect with other clubfoot parents!
