Home made whipped cream
Chill mixer bowl and beater in fridge
Place bowl on counter or mixer stand
Pour one cup heavy cream into bowl
add 3 tbs white sugar and begin to beat on low with mixer for about 30seconds or untill mixed well.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Increase mixer speed to medium high.
Beat cream mixture untill soft peaks form. Use immediately on dessert
You can store whipped cream in fridge covered container for next day use only. You will need to re-whip it by hand
