IF you forget to bring in a sick of harvested grain
Do not go back in the field to get it . Left it for the poor
including foreigners , orphans and widows and the
Lord will make you successful in everything you do
Deuteronomy 24. 19
Ladies this is other verse that tells us how important to God it this that we help the poor around us but remember the poor is not just the ones licking in money but licking in any goof thing in life. I believe we should want to cheer up our fellow Christians or share the gospel t with those who need it as much as we should help the poor that most people picture when you say poor .

As God says...he helps those who help themselves as well. I TRULY believe in helping this needy as long as they are willing to try as well. I have a neighbor I have given up on. The word of God falls on deaf ears, she teaches her children to beat on my children, she does all kinds of drugs.....this woman will not change and is unwilling to try in God's eyes. On the other hand I have helped several others who have needed help in both big and small ways....but they are always continuing on the path God set for us. As God asked of us....at least try.
