We are getting ready to move into our last big buy. We signed the paper work & made an agreement to buy the house in December. I am in a legal & binding contract to pay out $80,000 over the next few years.

I guess our last big buy was our ticket for our cruise, we made the $500 down payment last Sept. and I made the final down payment of a little over $1940 last week.
