Is This For Real?

Since there are SO many scams out there, I can understand why many think that the PTC (Paid To Click) sites are too.  For those of you who aren't familiar with these sites, you sign up and get paid for viewing advertisements.  The amount is small, usually .01 or less.  As a former PTC Site owner, I know there ARE sites out there that are scams.  I have spent about 6 years in the business arena, as a clicker and an owner.  I am not here to bach anyone, but there are certain things to steer clear of....

#1 ~ Profit Sharing Sites  These are complete nonsense.  The owner doesn't pay you unless they make a sale.  I don't know about you, but if I am clicking, I expect to be paid for my work.

#2 ~  Sites That Offer $1 Per Click Or Higher  Trust me, you aren't going to get paid.  There is no way that any site owner can pay out thousands and thousands of dollars.  If they had that much money, they wouldn't be giving it away on a PTC site. So if you see banners advertising things like, "I've earned $273,245!", take it with a grain of salt.  They may have "earned" it, but they are never going to be paid.

#3 ~ Sites That Require An Upgrade For You To Be Paid  Again, complete nonsense.  While I realize it may look especially appealing to upgrade on any site, just take a moment to think about what you are doing.  The upgraded memberships offer higher click rates, more clicks, higher referral earnings, lower cash out rates AND MORE...however, you aren't going to recover that money.  If you are paying $5 for a monthly upgrade, the owner has already calculated how to prevent you from earning that much. PTC is a business to them and just like any other business, the must make money or they will go OUT of business.   If you don't mind paying $5 to earn $1, then the upgrade may work for you.  **Now if you are one of these people who is great at referring others, the upgrades may work for you.  You have to referr A LOT of people though.**

#4 ~ Sites That Don't Pay You Until Their Affiliates Pay Them  As with #1 above, I expect to be paid when I click.  The owner should have enough money to pay their members without waiting for their affiliates to pay them.  Just remember, if the owner never gets paid, you don't either and you are wasting your time.  Most affiliates require an owner to have AT LEAST a $50 balance in order to be paid.  That's a lot in the PTC world.

#5 ~ Site That Offer Points Only Or For A Majority of Clicks  The owners expect you to convert your points to cash, which again, only benefits them.  This is a waste of time.

#6 ~ Sites That Offer Extremely Low Click Rates  These will drive you nuts.  Generally the payouts are lower, say .25 instead of $1.  BUT they are paying you .00001 per click.  Sites like this are maddening and in my opinion, a waste of energy.

As I said, I am not here to bash anyone, just pointing out a few things that I have found.  If you should have any questions about a particular site, please PM me.  I am very familiar with many owners and can tell you who does and doesn't pay.  I will be posting the sites that I have personally profited from and some other tips and tricks of the trade.  Until then....

Happy Clicking typing

Hugs,
Trully
