New Group Picture Challenge

I'd like to change out our group picture once a month with a picture from our members creations.  Remember that they do not have to be decorated items.  Just something that you baked.

I used a combination of royal icing and fondant.

I can't ever get my royal icing to pipe. It's always too thick. Do you have any suggestions on how to get it to pipe easier?

I add just a little extra water to mine.  Do you use real egg whites or the powder?

I don't think my recipe has egg whites in it. It's like a ton of powdered sugar (a pound I think) and like 3tsp of water.
