Did anyone get one? I'm thinking about getting it for the kids DD is 3 and DS is almost 18 months. Do you think it is a good idea? Anything else you would like to add or something else that would be great!

I have one, but right now I call it my husband doll. 
I sleep with him every night. I got it for my unborn son who will be 4 or 5 months when he meets his daddy. We got the recorder too, and I've been playing the message my husband made for him at least once a day even while he's in the womb plus my husband leaves voicemail for him and talks to him over the phone. Daddy doll is going to the hospital with us when I deliver. It came out really well, so I recommend them.
you can google daddy dolls and just order online. you can order other things too! my kids love them!
