only seems to be socks.  For some reason DSS doesn't like/think about putting on clean socks.  I have to remind him.

My son takes everthing off except underwear the second he walks in the house. He also doesnt like tags, so those are removed also. He hasnt choose a favorite fabric yet. Something to watch for.

Mine would wear the same three shirts everyday if I let him, but mean mom only does laundry once a week,  he also has a thing about the tags, they have to be removed immediately - he's been that way since about 6 months.  Tyler will only wear jeans and one of his 9 belts has to be worn every day, he likes his belts and red underwear.  Now if I could just buy only red underwear he'd be a very happy littleman.

TYLERSMOM2000 -Now if I could just buy only red underwear he'd be a very happy littleman. What I have done is buy white underwear and dye them. Shawn only wants blue underwear.

Shawn has always been set on wearing the same cloths day in and day out. Especiallyif it is one of his wolf shirts, I have had to sneak in while he is asleep and take it off wash it and put it back on. Or let him play in the bath while I washed and dried his shirt.
He has a couple of wolf shirts now so he will switch back and forth. But I would love to find a few more. Also for his pants, if we find a pair that he really likes I will but a few pairs. The hard part is he likes them broke-in (hand me downs or thrift store) It is hard to find more than one pair of the same kind.

Oh my word...yes! It was a major problem for 2 years. My son would only wear 1 specefic shirt and pants. Going to OT did not help for this. It ended up that there was an OCD problem with him and his clothes. Although he still has SPD he no longer is limited to one specific shirt, thanks to meds he is on.
