I know that we always need a boost, so here is mine for the month.....we went to my mom and dad's house up in va for an entire week. while we were there we did alot of sight seeing and we were ALWAYS on the go. I just have to say that my son, who at times is hard to gt through the grocrey store, made it an entire week withOUT one melt down and NO meds! i am soooo proud of him! Aren't we silly for the little reasons?!

That is not silly at all. There are times when I can't even take my non-asperger children out without a meltdown of sorts. Hooray for you and your son! It sounds like you all had a great time, and whatever you are doing must be working keep it up. :)

I agree, that's not silly at all. THAT'S AWESOME! Sometimes it's what others consider to be the little things, that matter so much to US! When my 5 year old son went to the barber shop last month and had his hair cut for the first time without a meltdown, I was so elated and proud! In fact I called everyone I knew to tell them!

Yeah, but those silly little things help keep us going. I think of it as a small little glimps of who my son really is & could be. It warms my heart & almost makes me cry. I think that is awesome your son did so well.  way to gohugs
