New to the group!

Hi my name is Kristina, i'm a mom of 2. Zane is 3 and Zoey is 2. they are a year and 13 days apart. I love planning their parties, and i hope this group will help this year! :)

 

This year we are thinking about having their party at the lake but i'm not sure, b/c it going to be soo hot (End of June) and i'm not sure if its going to be a good idea for the food. So my question is, if you have a party when its hot out side what kind of sides do u make that wont go bad if they are out all day??

Do you have a child's toboggan / sled?  We fill the tobaggan with ice, and nestle the sides into it.  That way everything stays cold.  Otherwise, non-mayonaise based dressing hold up better to the heat.
