Feel free to ask ANY question but keep in mind even though we're typing on a computer screen, we are talking to people. Check out the guidelines!

Group Guidelines/Participation Tips
As a member of this group, you agree to abide by the following guidelines.
- If you're easily offended, this group may not be a fit for you. Although the members of this group are respectful, they are not always politically correct. We deal in truths and perceived truths here and sometimes it hurts. But the overall goal is for us all to teach, learn and grow.
- Off topic posts may be posted in the DRI Lounge ONLY! Over the Christmas holiday, I created a group specifically for chit-chat, OT posts and just hanging out for DRIH members. It should be open very soon so look for a post announcing it.
- No name calling or personal attacks.
- Profanity is allowed but we do not curse AT each other. That would fall under rule #3, personal attacks.
- If we receive proof that a member of this group has been harassing another member of this group in PM or on their homepage, that member will be deleted.
- It is against guidelines to take the photos of another member and repost them without their permission.
- Group Owner and admins will lock any post that starts to get personal. If the post can be cleaned up and reopened, it will be. The person who caused the post to be locked will be given one warning and after that, will be removed.
- Posts that focus on the writing skills of a member will be deleted. Stick to the topic of the post.
- We are creating a suggestion box on the DRI Lounge homepage. Please use it to give us feedback. If you are not already on the DRIH Lounge friends list, please go to the sticky at the top of the group and click the link to invite us as a friend.
- Please show the admins respect. They weigh very heavily in making decisions about who gets removed from the group. ALL of the admins are respectful. That was part of the criteria for them to become admins. So please give them the same respect.
The rules may change as we go along. Members will be notified when they do so please pay attention to the stickies at the top of the group.
