I am SO there, would not miss it for the world!!!!!!!!!!
Please watch his video update!

WHO IS RON PAUL? Join Moms for Ron Paul to find out! http://www.cafemom.com/group/3994
As I commented via another thread with this same video ... the other day my husband and I watched the movies Gandhi and V for Vendetta back to back. After they were over, I turned to him and said ... what we need to do is march on Washington!
So.... I'm in ... absolutely!
BTW, here's the other threads where the idea is being discussed ...
Here: Ron Paul's calls for organized march on Washington.
and at our Libertarian Moms Group: Paul wants us to march on Washington! Will you do it?
Jan
AND it looks as if the original idea and website are at: http://www.revolutionmarch.com/ You can even sign up for updates via this link!
"The goal is to organize the largest, peaceful, non-violent rally in support of The Revolution that is happening in America. Most people that have been involved in the revolution are frustrated by the lack of Media attention given to it. "
Thought everyone would want to check out both!
Jan
this should be held sometime before April 22nd due to the simple fact that these states listed below will be voting after April 22nd... The media attention will attract voters to vote once they see the Revolution March... April 19th (the anniversary of the start of the American Revolution) would be perfect.
Pennsylvania - 4/22
Indiana - 5/6
North Carolina - 5/6
Nebraska - 5/13
West Virginia - 5/13
Kentucky - 5/20
Oregon - 5/20
Idaha - 5/27
Montana - 6/3
New Mexico - 6/3
South Dakota - 6/3
Convention in St. Paul - 10/1 - 10/4

I am going to try to make it. My baby will babout 11 months by then. Is DC safe f
I would imagine that you wouldn't have anything to worry about. If we can get as many Paul supporters as we're thinking might come.. you'll be preeettty safe.

It will be a little expensive for us to drive to DC to march, but in my opinion it's MORE than worth it. I'll even take my little girl and push my baby boy in a stroller, because that's what Dr. Paul is about... supporting the American family and upholding the constitutional rights of every one of us. My daughter knows what the American flag looks like and points them out everytime she sees one, I want her to be able to be proud of that flag... the way things are headed I'm reluctant to have any pride in it myself...

As for the March is it legit??? I do not get cable where I live so I can't watch the video that you guys show. I can only watch them at work. Anyways. I will talk to dh about it and see what we can do.
Here's an update I received yesterday via email ...
Posted: 13 Feb 2008 09:48 PM CST We have some exciting new announcements coming in the next couple of days. To give you a hint it involves dates for the Rally and March as well as location. Stayed tuned for that. As we talked about in our previous blog the website will be going through some changes. We know that it was not the best looking site, we put it up in less than and hour and six hours later the response was so overwhelming that we had to work to organize all the inquiries. Even Ron Paul supports the effort to March on Washington for Freedom! Please check our site regular for updates and changes and tell all your friends about our site and everyone in your meet up group (www.revolutonmarch.com). This is a serious march and we have some real people with talent in this area working hard to put this together and make it happen. For all the latest on Ron Paul be sure to go to http://www.ronpaulradio.com Stay tuned for more announcements to come! |
