Listen to Ron Paul speak at today's press conference via this video and you'll hear him say "when Bob shows up" ...its clear he thought Bob Barr was going to participate.

Also I spoke with the Bar Campaign today and a campaign representative told me that the press conference had be posted on Barr's calendar.
