"The Devil Said Dance..."

Not sure if I've shared this one already or not.... I'm on a writing site called MoreWriting and this received AMAZING reviews so I'm very proud of it :)

 

Drinking the pain away,
On a Saturday..
Tonight,
I just wanna fight,
And take out all my aggression.
It's an obsession.
To bleed, to see, to believe,
Through everything that ails me.
And yet I'm somehow unharmed,
In your arms.....
One day,
I'll say,
Take me away....
Only it's just another dream.
It'll never be,
No one's really meant to be happy.
And then the devil said dance,
So I pranced,
Like an obedient little minion.
To the tune,
Of my doom,
My end will surely be coming soon.

Thank you so much :o) I seriously CRIED when I read the feedback lol I don't believe in a heaven or a hell or religion or anything like that but it's a big part of my writing.
