Has anyone seen The Gran Torino?  I'm thinking of going sometime next week.  Without giving it away, let me know what your thoughts are regarding to the movie.

It wasn't what I expected...in a good way. It was a pretty good movie for new Hmong actors. I just hope that this is a break through for Hmong people in the movie industry.

You've probably seen it by now but I thought it was okay.....I thought it would be better because everyone who saw it before I did said it was really good so I had high expectations.....you know how that goes =)

 Now that I saw it, I thought it was a great movie!  What really did for me was the kindness beyond expectation for both Walter and Toe's family.  The main idea was Relationship and through my views it was cleverly demostrated in this film.

Full stars for me!
