Tonight I made a salad for myself for dinner. It was kale, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumber, and carrots. I did use Thousand Island dressing though. *shrugs* I sometimes make my own but for tonight I didn't really want to.
Anyway, while I was eating the salad my daughter (who will be 4 in March) kept on asking for some. So inbetween bites I was giving her some as well. She loves fruits and veggies. Figures since when I was preggers with her I couldn't eat cooked food and it was my introduction to raw (I was raw almost the entire pregnancy and for months after. All her first foods were raw too).
