My daughter is going to be 6months old in a week.  She weighs 12.5 lbs.  She has been problems with acid reflux and is now on omeprezole. She is also on zyrtec and a nebulizer with a steroid and creams for the eczema. She has always had problems spitting up since the first day in the hospital.  She was always really fussy and we couldn't keep her comfortable.  She would always arch her back and itch her face. so we took her to the dr and they said she just had acid reflux.  she also had a rash on her cheeks neck and chest and they said it was just from contact from our clothes.  She had a really hard time pooping sometimes.  Then I quit breastfeeding and put her on soy and she still was fussy so we tried nutramigen and she has gotten a bit better.  But she still constatntly spits up and coughs alot.  She always sounds stuffy and the drs keep saying its just from the acid reflux.  But it has not gotten any better.  We are now seeing a GI and they keep finding blood in her stools.  She has recently broke out in eczema really bad so we were snet to an allergy specialist and he thinks she could have ee.. He also said she has dermatitis and asthma and failure to thrive.  He is trying to contact the GI to get an endoscopy scheduled and gave us samples of neocate to put her on after the endoscopy.  We are waiting for the eczema to clear up to do the patch test also.

any advice would be helpful

Poor baby :(  Acid reflux sucks :(  The only advice I have is to just be patient.  An answer is coming.  Baby won't feel a thing for the endoscopy and you know you will get some answers.  I think that's the hardest part, just waiting to find out what is going on.  You want them to feel good ASAP.  It will be nice when you are able to get the patch test done.  But prepare yourself for some major life changes.  Fortunatly, we only had to eliminate eggs from my sons diet, but it sounds like your little one has got some big allergies :(  But once you find them out and can change things and your baby is growing and thriving and feeling better, it will all be worth it.  I hope this helps anyway.

I am so sorry to hear about your DD. My son had the same problem except for blood in stool. He was hospitalized twice couple months after he was born and in the hospital they did blood test found out he was allergic to milk products, eggs and soy. Now his list of food allergies expanded. Peanuts and wheat were also added to the list. He was on a special formula called Elecare, and couple of medications. My son was diagnosed with EE October of last year. Dr did endoscopy. In the pictures everything look fine and normal. He was positive for EE through the biospy result of the tissue samples the Dr took.  Good Luck though.
