I am so embarrassed and ashamed really and I need advise/support from woman who may have went through this and/or are going through this right now.

I am going to be 39 in May and (its even hard to type this) every time I laugh or run I leak....wet myself. I know that this is normal for people older than me..say in their 60's, but at 39! I don't know if I can approach my doctor about it but I am tired of doing this too. Is there anything that can be done or am I going to be a DEPENS WEARING 39 YEAR OLD!!!???  UGH!

You know, the worst thing about all of this I think is when my DH wants to do the walk by and grab and I have wet myself right before. EWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!    bad

Help please so I can get the courage to go to the docs and possibly get help if there is any help to get.

his is a very common problem, it is not always due to age. It can be from having a child or other issues. Alot of times it can be controlled with medication. Until you get to the doc you could wear a pad just in case.

Check out my book http://search.barnesandnoble.com/Yes-They-Are-All-Mine/Linda-Dyson/e/9781438909295/?itm=3   You can help save lives check it out !

if you trust your doctor..then you shouldn't have a problem with explaining what is going on...you really should talk to your doctor about this...there are medications or procedures that can be done....go see your doc
